All of our holiday homes are self-catering properties and are priced and rented as accommodation-only. The price shown on our website is the final price and is inclusive of all taxes, linen, towels, final cleaning and consumption charges.

On your arrival one of Alghero Estates friendly representatives will be waiting for you either at the rental property or at our meeting point. All details and directions are provided at the time of confirming your booking.

You can book your holiday accommodation in a few easy steps:

	First browse our website and select a property which suits you.
	Click the Make an Enquiry tab and complete the form with your required arrival and departures dates.
	One of our friendly staff will contact you via email to confirm the availability for your selected dates as well as the price and answer any questions you may have.
	To reserve the accommodation we will send you a link to Alghero Estates online booking system. This will confirm your booking details, ask for your contact and travel details and enable you to securely pay the 20% advanced deposit.
	A 2nd deposit is required 1-3 months prior to your arrival date.
	The balance is due on arrival in the resort in Euros, including the refundable damages deposit.
	Bookings can be paid via credit card using Paypal and a receipt is sent to you for both your deposit payment and booking confirmation.

Alghero Estates will be waiting for you at either the rental accommodation if you are arriving by taxi or at our meeting point if you are hiring a rental car so we can help guide you to the Villa or Apartment.
